"My expectations were exceeded. I read all the reviews before booking but I have nothing negative to say! The staff was courteous and attentive. The boats were frequent and convenient. The food was mostly delicious, with variety of options. We booked the phi phi island tour which was most convenient with excellent guide. It’s secluded enough that my kids could be trusted to do their own thing when they wanted. I traveled solo with my 18 year old daughter and 12 year old son. The E-zone was closed...

"This was a fantastic hotel. The workers were all so friendly and helpful. They greeted us every time we walked through. The free breakfast buffet was outstanding, I’ve never seen so many options. "The staff were wonderful at the restaurants and kids club. We travelled as a family with 3 kids and one parent working, so it was a welcome relief to have the staff so friendly and welcoming to kids. More than that, the staff were helpful on our trips down to the beach or with any questions we had about logistics. Our stay was quiet, in May. Sitting by the pool watching the storms was a highlight. "
