An absolutely beautiful property, very chilled and peaceful. Staff are wonderful and accommodating. The food is wonderful. Lots of options to choose from at the breakfast buffet. Dinner and lunch options are also great. The local village is less than 5 minutes walk from the resort and well worth checking out for dinner, drinks, souvenirs or general supplies.

This hotel was wonderful The area is beautiful and we loved that it was away from the craziness of the island. Some areas for improvement - no proper hot water for bathrooms and all their restaurants need to pick up food standards -big menu but none done well. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious ans different everyday. I had a room with AC not so effective so they changed the room. The resort is beautiful . Only thing is its an expensive one . I dont know but probably the rates are similar elsewhere in the island ? But customer service and hospitality is amazing.

We enjoyed every second of our stay, from the delicious welcome cocktail until the checkout. The location is amazing, the breakfast was incredible, the room spacious and comfortable, the 2 pools are very beautiful, the garden very well maintained. We didn’t eat at the hotel, because right behind the hotel is a small village with plenty of cozy restaurants and bars where you can eat great Thai food. You can only reach the hotel by boat, so don’t forget to ask the hotel for a pickup or if you arrive at the pier, you can take a longtail boat, which will cost +/- 1500 baht one way. We will definitely try to come here again.

It was a great place to stay. If I would have to point out something to improve, it would be the drinking water, we constantly had to request it at hotel restaurants while dining, we understood bottle of water are limited due to environmental concerns, but the alternative would need some improvement, adding more drinking water fountain throughout the resort would help a lot for a perfect experience. Everything else was flawless, we loved the stay and hotel staff was awesome and supportive. We plan a come back next year! Thank you!

Visiting Phi Phi Island was one of the highlights of my trip to Thailand. The scenery is incredible, especially the turquoise water and dramatic cliffs. The boat tour was so much fun, and the atmosphere is lively but still peaceful. Highly recommend!

Our experience at SAii Phi Phi Island Village was truly special and memorable. Even before our arrival, the team reached out to us, and I mentioned it was my boyfriend’s birthday. They went above and beyond by beautifully decorating our room—it was such a thoughtful and lovely surprise. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. We also had a small delay arriving for the boat transfer to the hotel, and to our surprise, they kindly made an exception and waited for us. That gesture truly made a difference and set the tone for the rest of our stay. We really loved the resort’s facilities, and one highlight was dining at the international restaurant in the evening—the lobster was absolutely delicious. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which could benefit from better presentation and overall refinement. Aside from that, the included activities are a huge plus—we went kayaking and had so much fun. It’s definitely a destination worth visiting, and we would happily return.
