"I had a really bad experience at this hotel. I arrived around 1:30 AM, exhausted, and was given a key to my room—but when I opened the door, there was already someone inside sleeping. That was honestly shocking and made me feel very unsafe. To make things worse, I never saw or was able to speak with a manager to address the situation. There was no proper follow-up or reassurance after such a serious issue. The water park, which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, was always closed...

"The continental breakfast was okay. The bed was not very comfortable, the air conditioning was loud and the shower water pressure could have been much better. The location was very nice."

"Breakfast did not come with the stay because we didn't book directly through them. The room was humid, but the AC worked. We were on the first floor and people were talking until about midnight out there and the windows weren't sound proof at all. But very clean and could walk to the gas station easily for food."

"Its okay. We booked it for the Disney cruise. Our luggage wasn’t picked up at 8am like they promised so we could of slept in more. A lot of the outlets and USB’s didn't work, the air quality in the room is super dry, barely any ventilation. The view from our room was really cool watching the planes land and take off. "

"The room was clean enough and updated with paint and marble in the bath. Bed was ok. Floors are newer tile. Everything else was very dated. The shower curtain was smelly and we didn’t even want to use the shower. It’s also located on a very busy road across from a hospital. Traffic noise and emergency vehicle noise kept me up most of the night. I think I got 3 hours of sleep max. Stay at your own risk."

"The room was not equipped w/ any utensils or dishes at all. The saving grace that made the stay somewhat decent were the front end people running the show. Besides that the property is in rough shape and the room had holes on the walls, cracking on the furniture, and they even left me a half used bottle of shampoo. The ice machine on the floor we stayed at did not work, let alone the ice bucket had no plastic liner available and to top it off, there was mold growing in there. This property...
