"I had a really bad experience at this hotel. I arrived around 1:30 AM, exhausted, and was given a key to my room—but when I opened the door, there was already someone inside sleeping. That was honestly shocking and made me feel very unsafe. To make things worse, I never saw or was able to speak with a manager to address the situation. There was no proper follow-up or reassurance after such a serious issue. The water park, which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, was always closed during my stay, which was very disappointing. On top of everything, they only refunded me $31 in fees, which doesn’t come close to making up for the experience. Overall, this stay was frustrating, uncomfortable, and poorly handled. I would not recommend this hotel."

"I was there 3 minutes and left. Foul odor, mold, & drug paraphernalia. There was a homeless man sleeping under the stairs. I asked for my money back since I wasn’t staying and all of the sudden she didn’t speak English. The place looked out of a horror movie 100% Do Not recommend! In fact RUN! "

"There’s no one at the front desk. They gave us a code. The code did not work. Eventually a staff pass by and open with a key. We text and call to get a working code and never got a hold of anyone. We could not leave the room or we would be lock out. No hot shower. German cockroaches everywhere. And a horrible bad. Again… you can’t complain as they will not answer phone or text. Save your self a headache. Do not stay here."

"Breakfast did not come with the stay because we didn't book directly through them. The room was humid, but the AC worked. We were on the first floor and people were talking until about midnight out there and the windows weren't sound proof at all. But very clean and could walk to the gas station easily for food."

"This place is the worst that I’ve ever been to. They give u 1 filthy towel at the front desk charge you $20 deposit for the room key until u bring it back the ceiling is falling apart the walls are dirty and got holes in them. The song is rusty the carpet smelled like mold and smoke. It doesn’t look nothing like the picture they got posted. Shame on the people in charge of this place. "
