"This was a really nice villa. There was a hot pot in the room for coffee and tea. The sheets and room were very clean. Also has a very scenic view, especially for sunset and sunrise. The mountains are right out front.(and behind) It is kind of behind the road a bit but very easy to find. Literally, every bit of food is 2 km or less away from the hotel-very easy walk. "The room was very neglected had gaps in the door and walls"

"out of the way and difficult to get to maybe need an atv not a car?? We ended up not starting as out of the way, lots of flies and roads near impassable or good change you will have damage to your car."

Be warned also that the road to get to the villa is quite steep and not well paved so you need a car that is capable off-road. Our cars transmission failed when leaving and we had to order a...

"Great view on Batur Lake. Good clean rooms in silent place. Normal breakfasts but still simple. The parking place is a little bit outside and need to go on staircases quiet long. Better not to go on big bike till the end (Nmax) because it's really hard to turn back and need to go with reverse way on breaks for long time). "
