"This hotel was the best we stayed in, in Bali. The staff were so accommodating and kind, the property is beautiful with beautiful wood carvings and details everywhere! I will definitely stay here again!
The staff also helped connect me to a guide and driver to hike Mount Batur Volcano. I truly appreciated my time there. I highly recommend 💕"

"We stayed two nights in the Primana Zahill Kintamani and we had a beautiful time here. Our positive experience started already with the check-in. The hotel staff welcomed us with open arms and also helped us to organize our next days. The hotel has programs like hiking to the Mount Batur or Jeep tours which includes seeing the sunrise. "Not in a very convenient location, but besides that it's a great hotel, and the staff were very friendly! It also has a restaurant in the hotel so while there's not many restaurants nearby, at least you can order food at the hotel.
Also the room and hotel were just absolutely beautiful! Kintamani was amazing as well"

"The place is a beautiful setting and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fair, they were tons of flies. The biggest drawback is the lousy road full of potholes and only one lane leading up from the main road. Unfortunately my weather was not be best but imagine the view to be spectacular in good weather. Worth a visit."

"As far as the the villa goes it was exactly as described. It was so pretty and unique with amazing views! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was also very good.

"Wir haben zwei Übernachtungen inklusive Frühstück gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft würden wir nett empfangen und uns wurde zwar nicht für den Ankunftstag aber zumindest für den nächsten ein Roller zugesichert über eine Agency. Das war soweit auch in Ordnung, weil uns eine Mitarbeiterin im (zu Fuß weit entfernten) Ort absetzte. Wo wir ebenfalls vergeblich eine Möglichkeit zur Fortbewegung suchten.

"La idea es buena, una cabaña rodeada de aguas termales frente a un lago.
Pero no tuvimos suerte con el tiempo e influyó bastante en nuestra estancia.
Llovia, hacia viento y frio.
La cabaña no tenia calefaccion/AC y el agua de la ducha salia con poca presion y no del todo caliente por lo que pasé mucho frio.
El acceso es muy dificil, bastante escondido y con muchos baches y charcos.
Lo mejor fue el servicio, nos traian todonlo que le pediamos a la habitacion (comida, secador...).

"Jag var här en natt. Jag kom långt innan incheckning då jag hade varit på morning trekking på mount Batur. Det va ändå inga problem att få lämna väskan och hänga på deras stora terrass med fantastisk utsikt.
Deras personal är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma och jag fick även skjuts upp till ett café jag ville besöka.
Luften är lite svalare så man sover väldigt gott!
De hade väldigt god mat, bra service och det va rent och fräscht.
Enda jobbiga är som andra skriver flugorna, detta är inte...

"It was a very nice stay. Simple arrangement yet comfortable (especially big comfy bed). Possible to get good food, order taxis, organise a trek to Batur volcano, hot springs. Basically right at the starting point for the trek to Batur. Nice people too!"
