"One night stay for a family wedding that was held on site, the room was clean and very comfortable, the food provided for the wedding breakfast was well cooked and very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is a converted old country house and as such is a little tatty around the edges but this just adds to the charm."

"Hotel staff and concierge were great. Breakfast was excellent for a buffet. The restaurant and pub seemed to have staffing problems and were not attentive. The facility is showing it's age, however. "We stayed in the newly refurbished annex at the back of the property. A very quiet, cool room for a hot Saturday night stay. Exceptionally clean with everything you could want including tea/coffee making facilities & chocolate biscuits. Costs were higher than normal as event on at the St Mary’s Stadium but still a great stay despite the inflated price."
