"Amazing host. They were really helpful and provided a detailed document with recommendations of attractions and dine out options. They do have 2 lovely dogs on site Pluto and Laika. Very friendly. "Breakfast offerings were excellent but the staff doesn’t clear dirty dishes for the most part. They wait til you leave to clear the dishes. Bed & sheets are comfortable. Garden is a nice walk. Pool & jacuzzis are best used outside of the public hours. Parking lot for overflow is gravel & shoes get dirty if it rained. Not sure why the hotel doesn’t spend the $ to pave it. "The hotel is exceptional and the area where it is located is breathtaking. While you have to pay in order to use the geothermal pools anywhere else on the island, there are geothermal pools right here in the hotel for your use anytime of the day or night! The hotel leaves little treats and trinkets in your room for you throughout most of your stay, there are incredible tasting teas with cookies in the lobby area, and breakfast was divine! We highly recommend this hotel!"

We couldn't get hold of the host and Expedia help line did not answer my messages either (Expedia still never addressed our issue - all messages are u answered). I tried calling the host and they did not answer. We had no information about how to access our room. "A little oasis on an island that is already so beautiful on itself. Via a lush garden with all the flowers you could possibly spot on the island, we arrived in our home for a week. It fitted our family of 4 perfectly. We were welcomed with delicious home made breads and pastries, which we also enjoyed during breakfast in the "chapel".
