"Everything was nice except the rooms was not what we booked. We booked for 3 families and we all got different size rooms which caused conflict. Also the fact that everywhere we went smelled cat pee cause their was so many cats."

"The location was good - the room had a nice view of the water BUT for us unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We couldn't get hold of the host and Expedia help line did not answer my messages either (Expedia still never addressed our issue - all messages are u answered). I tried calling the host and they did not answer. We had no information about how to access our room. "A little oasis on an island that is already so beautiful on itself. Via a lush garden with all the flowers you could possibly spot on the island, we arrived in our home for a week. It fitted our family of 4 perfectly. We were welcomed with delicious home made breads and pastries, which we also enjoyed during breakfast in the "chapel". Helena spoiled us every time with fresh juices, home made marmelades, cinnamon rolls... The pool and jacuzzi are just amazing and perfect to relax in between many...

"Die Unterkunft war eine halbe Katastrophe, da wir ein Standardzimmer gebucht haben mit Blick zum Meer oberhalb des Haupteingangs. Es wurde jeden Abend der Müll vom Restaurant zwischen 22 und 22:30 entsorgt...es war äußerst laut und störend. Eine Stunde früher kam der Wäschedienst. Die Zimmer liegen zu dem am Aufzug, der durch die Technik und durch alle benutzenden Gäste zu dem vom Flur her sehr laut war.
Teils keine Handtücher am Pool, keine Schirme und somit Schatten.

"Whales Bay Hotel was an amazing hotel. The grounds are beautiful. The amenities were great as well. The Pool was heated and a great spot to relax with lush greens and palm trees everywhere. The rooms were super clean, modern, and very comfortable. Also, the A/C worked perfectly with multiple zones in the room! The area is also beautiful! It is right by the water with hiking trails within walking distance."
