"Property is not bad, room house keeping could be improved as service is every third day. Upon arrival at property found tap in bathroom is loose and doesn’t drain well. It was fixed though upon request. Towels were picked up regular however the tub was not cleaned regularly along with floor in bathroom. Breakfast is provided however could use some improvement."

"There were some cobwebs in the room and you can smell smoke from the fire pit and a loud noise at night that hurt the ears-not sure where it came from-but the restaurant/tavern/amenities was great-Also, I checked out and the guy said that’s it-thanks without putting my name in the system-then I get a checkout email asking if I’ve checked out "

"The property itself is very worn, however the rooms are clean. And they make efforts to keep smalls at bay and housekeeping does a very thorough job. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming "

"You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. "

"I didn’t eat breakfast there. Staff was friendly. Parking was easy. Room was ok, the bed covering smelled funny; it smelled like it was sitting in the washing machine for too long and had a mildew smell or it was old sweat. It didn’t look like the cover was replaced after the previous person’s stay. I couldn’t have it near my face because the smell was too strong."

"Hyatt House in Redmond is perfectly located, close to downtown as well as to parks and trails. It is always spotless, well maintained and includes a great hot breakfast! By far our favorite hotel in Redmond."

"Hotel and room was very clean, however some attention is needed with tightening the handrails on the stairs and the toilet tank wasn’t tightened (but didn’t leak). It’s a very beautiful hotel. Thought it so strange the only contact we had with staff was calling when we first got there to get access inside the building. Beds and bedding very comfortable!
