"Clean room. Thermostat didn’t seem to cool the room as I desired but still a good stay"

"I understand you get what you pay for, but you never should have to “pay” extra for attitude. The room we had was terrible and when we were one night into a 7 night stay we tried to cancel, but they said that there’s a no refund policy. "

"Good breakfast options, and gluten free selections available upon request. Room worked out well for family of 4. We had a small dog (20lbs) and the pet fee of $100 for the duration of our stay was acceptable. Parking had a 3rd party security patrol as an extra layer of protection. I did need to extend my stay by one day. I was required to pay the standard rate for a Friday stay, which was significantly higher than the Hotels.com rate for the previous 3 nights. Felt like a bit of a punishment - but circumstances left me few options. While there were many things to like about this hotel, the maximum charge levied for the extra night would prevent me from selecting this property in the future....even though I am a Hyatt Club member."

"The price was great. The room was clean, quiet and the AC worked great. The bed was what I needed after driving 6 hours. The staff were very helpful. I would look to staying here again if I am in the Columbus area in the future."

"The room had a small, uncomfortable bed. When I came back to the building on my first night, a maintenance person had a mop bucket coming back presumably from cleaning up a water situation. The next morning, I had a water situation in the unit I was in. I checked out a day early due to this. This place was a clean looking place with water issues."

"Breakfast was ok just not as nice as last year. Staff was pleasant & polite. We didn’t have wash cloths for 3 days. Outlet in the bathroom needed changed out as the plugs just fall out of it. Maintenance came, didn’t switch out the outlet, but the upper plug in worked better. I really like this hotel because the restaurant within the hotel has great food & the bar area is really nice. We stayed last year & really liked it, but I’m not sure we will go back next year."
