"Everything was great besides the mattress. It was awful. Soft, felt like it was completely broken down and squeaked every time you moved. No idea how the mattress could be that bad in a hotel that knew. There was also a terrible squeaking sound coming from the air conditioning unit every time the fan. Everything else was wonderful. Staff was great, everything was clean and pleasant."

"Super decorating and friendly people here! Have to pay extra to park ($37 for valet, $31 at parking garage 1 block away) for overnight. "My daughter and I stayed here while in Columbus for a concert. The hotel is 3 mins from Nationwide arena. All of staff were awesome from the moment I arrived. Valet was great, as were the front desk reps and the coffee shop staff. Hotel is modern and rooms are clean. The lobby is so cozy. The area around the hotel is so nice and quiet with a park and COSI across the street. I want to stay here every time I’m in Columbus."

"Breakfast was only from 7:30-8:30. Refrigerator in breakfast area was warm, and milk inside was warm. There was cereal, but couldn’t eat it with with milk. Waffle machine was broken. Some packaged breakfast pastries. Signs indicated that there would be ‘consequences’ if any food left the area. In the room, the refrigerator was broken, as was the cabinet door where the refrigerator was stored. Ice machine was broken as well. Beds were comfortable and appeared clean. Would not recommend or stay here again. "
