"The room was clean but there was only 1 elevator for the entire hotel which was a pain. All night long there were people slamming doors on the floors."

"Wouldn’t come back to be honest. Breakfast was fine but we were there for 3 nights and we left the room multiple times no one came to clean it even when we told them the housekeeper didn’t clean nothing at all."

"No ac, and the fire alarms going off. The front desk did say they would not charge us for the 6 days we had reserved. One night we had to find another hotel and after the 3rd night we checked out and went to a 3rd hotel but the manager is refusing to answer when Expedia calls to confirm that there were issues. I even tried to call and was put on hold. After 30 mins, no one ever returned to the call."

"Staff was incredibly friendly. Main room was clean, bathroom was a bit dusty in the corners. Vending machine was fairly priced, and even had phone chargers. Laundry room was easy to find (was in the vending area). If we are ever in the area again, we would stay here. Short drive to OSU, price was incredibly affordable compared to others in the area."

"Better than sleeping in the car. Air conditioner loud but it worked. Room clean but obviously a well worn and old property. "

"This is my 3rd time booking with this hotel with great experience earlier. I got a small room with congested pathway asked to move different roam. The front office was nice but he had so called dumb manager was on private phone for minutes. I left after waiting 15 minutes"

"Staff was great. Hotel is outdated and needs a facelift but clean. Room was large with refrigerator and microwave which was nice. Overall, better than average."

"The locationof the hotel is not in a safe area. We heard people talking at all hours or the night. In the morning I went to the lobby and they had allowed two homeless people to sleep in the lobby on sofas"

"Rug has never been cleaned. The mattress was awful. I was treated horribly when I arrived and charged a higher price than what was quoted by Expedia. I was told I could leave if I didn’t pay the higher price. I was required to provide a deposit . After almost two weeks week deposit was finally refunded but I had to get my credit card company involved. I called the hotel but never get an answer . May be the worst hotel experience ever"

"Bathroom door wouldn’t close right, the room had no microwave, and the ac wouldn’t work correctly."

"Nice experience everything was clean. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean our room. Location was a little noisy cause we were on the side of the expressway and we requested a quiet side but other than that no issue other than the TV had some problems for it was fuzzy and not calibrated correctly. We would’ve be more than happy to stay there again in our travels. "
