"Decent enough Hotel with comfortable bed and bathroom facilities as expected. Disappointing menu for evening dinner, not a great choice if you don’t like fried food! The other issue is all the extra charges that are levied on your charge card which weren’t previously mentioned when booking the room with breakfast included. This needs to be better explained to Customers. Location ok, near a few subway stations so access to central Manhattan was fine."

One of the female staffers was extremely rude after I made several attempts to upgrade my room because I was staying 5 days. She then calls on a male manager, he said he would check on my situation, he then begins to take a personal call with his ear bug in his ear talking in a foreign language right in front of me. "I stayed 3 nights at the Artezen and really enjoyed it. The room was really nice and clean. What really stood out for me were the beautiful linens by Frette (slippers too!), which I thought was a very elegant touch. The staff is delightfully young and friendly. Also very helpful when I asked for an iron … ironing board and iron sent to the room immediately. Also, I had a VIP voucher to use at the rooftop bar, but as it was closed on Sunday night and memorial day Monday night, I couldn’t use it....

"The hotel is beautiful and in unic place the stuff provides an outstanding service starting from valley parking, at front desk, at pool, in restaurants! It was my husband’s birthday. We got Champagne and sweets! Wish to come again. Highly recomended."

"MWe enjoyed our stay at Nine Orchard! From the moment we checked in, the staff was so helpful in answering any questions we had and giving recommendations for things to do and places to see in the area. The Swan Room is amazing. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic and the bar tenders were fun to chat with. The food and atmosphere were so nice. Breakfast at the Corner Bar was also good. We ended up just staying at the hotel for breakfast every day since it was so good. They had a cocktail...

"The rooms were big and comfortable. We had a kitchen, small living room and a decent bathroom. It was like staying in a one-bedroom apartment. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We’ll be back!"
