"Very nice hotel, well maintained, the room was spacious, very clean with a small kitchen, king size bed very comfortable, great quality mattress = good night of sleep, a lot of space for parking. The beach and pier are really nice, sunset seen from there is astonishing. The property has kayaks and floats, kayaking was very nice, snorkeling unfortunately wasn’t, too much wind and organic matter decreasing visibility, was better looking at the many fishes around up from the pier ☀️ Appreciate the room upgrade, the king size bed room was exceptional. Staff is really attentive and nice, very good communication with details and directions. Really nice place to stay! "

"I like the excellent water view. It’s clean. Everybody at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Nice location walkable to many restaurants and different excursions offices. Affordable rates. "

"Amazing place. Employees there were very courteous and kind. When we went it was not super busy so there were plenty of chairs and lounges to be had and you didn’t have to run out at 7am to claim your space. It was super relaxing. "

"We had our boat with us and were able to keep it right accross from the office. Biscayne Bay Park was less than 10 miles away so it was really convienient. It is clean, quite, and close to dining and Walmart. Great stay."
