"It is a beautiful hotel and has a nice view. But the staff there were not very nice at all. We didn't ask them any more questions. The way from the room to the lobby was very far and we didn't call for a car to come after us. They kept telling us to go outside and it would come right away. "Beach is beautiful and easy to catch a boat to town. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. The food is a little expensive but not crazy. Lots of fish for snorkeling right off beach. Would definitely come back!"

"We were upgraded on our arrival. We were provided with a bungalow with a view on the sea. We really enjoyed our stay and ended up staying one more night. It's a very beautiful resort in the jungle. The resort has his own private beach and is secluded (20 minutes walk from the pier). The breakfast (buffet) was good. The staff was nice and helpful."

"The hotel location is absolutely prime. One of the best views I’ve seen throughout the holiday to wake up to. I found that staff were not accommodating at all. They also charged us for a taxi to Tonsai, but when the taxi arrived they also used the taxi to transport gas cylinders and run a hotel errand (I thought this was cheeky since we paid for the private taxi). All in all, the views and the beach more made up for the staff!"

"The room was relatively clean. The shower was dirty around all of the seals. We also had some ants :( which they did offer to take care of immediately but we only stayed one night and into the next afternoon. The shower will not stay one temperature. Once it's set, it will immediately go from hot to cold back to hot and then cold again. There is also loud monk singing in the middle of the night. That's not their fault but could be a reason to stay further from city center."

"This hotel is with walking distance from the pier so it’s very convenient to get to. We got a room that has pool access. That was very nice since we can lounge on the patio or just jump into the pool. There’s another pool facing the beach so the view is very nice from there. "Everything was great but the bartender was very off putting, he literally shock his head at me when I ordered a diet coke. Everyone else was amazing and I tried to see if it was just me but my friend got the same treatment. So I tried again the next day and again he acted as though I was bothering him to do his job. I try to be super polite and empathetic to wait staff as someone who has worked in that line of work I know it can be stressful. Anyway I love everything and everyone else at this...
