"Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again."

"Despite both of our windows overlooking the Main Street we were not disturbed at night. The room was clean, bed comfy. The mini fridge had a couple of bottles of water on arrival which was great. Fresh milk also available, lovely coffee machine in room. Great shower. Excellent breakfast, good options and freshly prepared. The staff were cheerful, helpful and very efficient. Definitely will return "

"The staff were extremely nice and helpful, I arrived very early morning from a long overseas flight and the staff did I their best to get a room ready for me couple hours before the 3PM check in time. "Premium character hotel in central London with superb value to cost. Spent a week here whilst attending a technology conference. Hotel is nicely furnished and the breakfast to order was great. Lovely staff who were genuinely nice and friendly. You could feel that it’s a naturally nice place to work. I’m normally used to paying 250/night for central London, but Indigo really makes the case to stretch that to 350 for such a huge gain in comfort and style."
