"Hotel was conveniently located to centre of city, and worth savings to walk an extra 10 mins than I’d have like to. Room was fine, bed extremely comfortable and quiet, however it was dated, very small bathrooms, and felt basic. Would only be suitable fo 2. Breakfast included was worth it."

"The description said the bed is comfy. It was on and had lumps. The bathroom smelled of sewerage. When showering, the hot water would suddenly turn cold. The lift went up to level 6 totally fine but button was broken so to get back down, I had to walk down to level 5 with my suitcase. Overall, it was good for a 2 night stay and it's in a handy location"

"Pretty good. However, they did not take into consideration we had a one year old with us and put us next door to the rooms that had a patio area, which brought a bit of noise and the smell of smoke. The window also was directly next to the outside patio area so was a little uncomfortable."

"I checked out early however the receptionist could give me a receipt to show I paid the extra night because it hadn't posted. She said she would email to ke however I haven't received it and it's been more than 24 hrs. Otherwise the hotel was nice. The carpets need cleaning. The restaurants around the property are very good."

"We enjoyed the smart accommodation and appreciated the in room amenities. The location is excellent for shopping and is handy to the cruise port. The pricing is reasonable and we would stay again. We would like to see a small cafe on site."

"We enjoy staying here whenever we visit Auck. It’s in a lovely neighbourhood close to the city and waterfront. Free off road parking for hotel guests is a bonus. The king room with balcony and views are our favourite. We had a great dinner in the restaurant, reasonably priced and excellent service."
