"Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to get a late check out which was much appreciated. The hotel and room were clean, the bed was very comfortable. Someone on previous review said the towels stank and I found that to be true. I like the old building. Location was ok. 4 or so blocks from the Sky Tower."

"The room was very clean but very small. The lobby was very nice & the coffee machine was good. We couldn't have breakfast as we left too early for the airport. The staff were very nice & helpful."

"We had trouble with the internet ,not always being connected. Our phones would say connected without the i nternet. When we when down to the desk,our phones would connect, go to our room disconnect. It was never solved. On the second last day,offered to change our room. We declined the offer as we were there for 3 weeks and no help with thej internet,and we were leaving the next day."

"Very comfortable and quiet room. Just what I needed before my flight out of Auckland the next day. Dinner at the in house restaurant was very good. The shuttle bus was also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again."
