We thought the hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly, they even upgraded us for the night to an ocean view since it was for our anniversary. The one thing that was quite odd and annoying, was that we could hear water running through pipes in the walls/ceiling, which I can only assume was from people upstairs flushing or showering. It was quite loud and disruptive. We were on Level 8, not sure if its an issue in all the rooms but it certainly was in ours. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
