"As a single woman, I did not feel safe in the area. It felt really sketchy outside with people loitering around the front door. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. But I asked for a room on the first floor because I’ve recently had knee surgery and they were not offering those rooms because they needed the carpets cleaned. There was no elevator and I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs with a bad knee and it was not an awesome experience. The carpeting on the stairway looks like it was put there in 1931 and has not been cleaned since. I wasn’t even sure I was going to stay. But the actual room was clean and adequate for what I needed. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were soft. It was basic, but it had what I needed. I just didn’t wanna leave the room after dark because of the area we were in. Breakfast was OK. There were bananas and oranges and some boiled eggs. There was also a waffle machine which I didn’t use but wanted to mention it was there. The coffee didn’t suck in the area was really clean. Other than the location, it was fine for the night."

"Amazing family trip on a budget! For the price, I was more than pleased with all the things for kids to do! The room was a basic hotel room that we only used for sleeping, but that's all we needed. My kids were entertained the entire time between the waterpark, Mini golf, arcade room, and playground. The breakfast was simple, but convenient and included with the room price, so a win win for our big family! It wasn't luxury, but neither was the price. The staff was incredibly friendly! And Pet friendly is always a plus!!"
