"I arrived at midnight to check in the staff was excellent. I was in my room no later than 1205 woke up the next morning. Had a fantastic breakfast. Came back that night. "The room was very clean and well kept very neat. I had breakfast one morning. It was not too bad. They do have different things for different days. They always have waffles bagels and bread. I sure didn’t need that air-conditioning this week. That was awesome. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"Pros: Check-in was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and polite, amd parking was free and convenient. The indoor pool was small but had towels readily available. We were also happy with the location as it worked well for our visit to Carowinds and the greater Charlotte area. Finally, the room layout provided helpful separation between the living and sleeping areas for our family. Considerations: Holiday decorations were still up in June. Not really a huge draw back just a notice. Some breakfast items ran out well before service ended. As for the condition of the room, the beds were clean but the closet door would not stay closed, no linens were readily available in-room for the sofa bed, there were stains on the curtains, and the room was overall a bit dated."

"I really liked this hotel. I especially liked the cold water dispenser and the fresh ground sustainable coffee machine. My only minor complaint was that the shower had some visible mildew. But it was very little and could have been minor staining. It was very convenient to stay here after visiting Carowinds. The staff was very friendly and attentive."
