My experience was terrible. I booked two rooms and however, encountered an unexpected emergency therefore I wasn’t able to make it. I called WoodSpring Suites to inform them of what happened, I was told to call Expedia for a refund because I booked through Expedia. Expedia was very understanding of my situation and called Woodsprings Suites to attempt to get a refund. WoodSprings Suites denied me a refund and I was charged full price for both rooms.

I didn’t even stay here. I came back another time and my work computer got hacked. Not only that but the pest control men wanted to come spray in my room while I was in the room with no warning. Not only did the guy basically come in the room to look at my things. I moved rooms after, and ended up not being able to work, use my phone (due to WiFi restrictions which were not secure) but my entire stay I couldn’t even feel at ease. Between the loud noises, constant wall banging of some sort and glaring looks from the maintenance man…Do not stay here. This place used to be nice it’s gone downhill. I’d give it no stars if I could.

I had one small issue and I spoke to management and she explained talk to me very sweet lady. Next time I need a play to stay when I’m in town I will go back there.
