"Someone cooked fish and stunk up a whole floor. We couldn't pick a different floor since everything was already booked. Staff was respectful but couldn't do much about the smell. Room was dirty, other people's hairs were on towels, bedsheets and shower. Walls had holes in it. "

"Very clean facility with a friendly & professional staff. The shower floor is rather slippery but with care taken should not be a big issue. Otherwise, a very nice stay in all aspects."

"It was a little mix up on some paperwork that was lost but overall the staff really turned it around made me feel comfortable and overall win the best services I've ever had in a motel stay with recommend staying here to anyone and real safe with police presents patrolling for families or and it was kids or loved ones a bit by far I would give them a six star rating out of a 1 to 5 enjoy my stay here and we do it over and over again if I needed to thanks to the great stuff and it is also convenient at the state line for Charlotte and mentees Mecklenburg county North Carolina and also fort Mill of Rock Hill amenities York county South Carolina and Lancaster South Carolina very great state in the middle of the fastest growing community today"

"The room smelled horrible. The fridge wasn’t cleaned out from the previous guests, so who knows what else wasn’t cleaned. Especially considering there was some kind of wet substance on the bed. The toilet wouldn’t flush. They agreed to switch our room but I paid for a king and they switched us to a queen with no reimbursement. There was a huge gap in the door to the hallway outside of our room, literally huge. Someone could stuck a wire into it and easily unlock the door from the outside if they wanted. The door not being sealed also made every noise from outside the room sound like it was coming from inside the room. I travel a lot for sports and this was absolutely one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at."
