We had an electrical problem in our bathroom on Saturday and the electrical engineer, David Lociseron, left us the kindest note wishing us a happy anniversary. "The best part was the breakfast, very complete and delicious, the pool was pleasant, and the staff was average. They weren't fully trained, except for the bar and breakfast staff, both very helpful and attentive to their work. At the front desk, they charged me $75 for the pet when I told them it was a service dog. That's what the policy says (free of charge), and its international status applies, but I didn't want to argue. I'm now looking for an email to file a complaint. Otherwise, everything...

"We enjoyed the Hampton Inn in the downtown Historic district. Our room had a balcony and view of the water We wanted to be close to the museums and could walk from the Hotel to the museum. The great views from our room and the morning breakfast was a special plus plus. I will definitely book there again."

"The location was great. The hotel was clean and nicely appointed in our room and the common areas. There seemed to be good attendance for happy hour at the bar and for breakfast. The shuttle service was fantastic. We also enjoyed the pool. The only complaint I have is that there is a $25 per day resort fee that was not apparent to me (a seasoned traveler) in my research ahead of the booking. I wish this and all hotels would simply add in any resort fee to the price shown when booking so...
