"Air conditioning nice and cold. Soft, comfortable bed and really good pillows. Good size room. Large bathroom with a rain shower head that had great pressure with beautiful soft water. Lovely bathroom products. Would highly recommend!"

"The studio was very clean and it has everything you need, it is a quiet area with pleanty of parking 10 mim drive from the city centre. We visited for the rugby 20 min walk ftom Newcastle Redbulls. Lovely pub called the Windsor 15 min walk away. "

"Location, 10 minutes from the airport was excellent. Although very close to the A1, the hotel is situated within green and leafy gardens. Our room, third floor looking over the car park, had countryside views and we could hear very little road noise even with the window open. Clean and comfortable room and good to have a shower separate from the bath. Reception and bar staff welcoming, helpful and very friendly throughout. "Room was in the roof far too noisy not very clean around carpet rug edges especially at side & back of bed under table years of dust sadly .Noisy Hotel inside as well lots of people sharing rooms as people where knocking on doors to be let into rooms throughout the three nights we stayed hastent to add we got NO sleep what so ever & made us feel unwell pleased to come home . Staff were OK but not over helpful when Alarms for smoke detectors kept also going off on rooms near us also alarms going...

"Staff very friendly on arrival. Room was lovely and airy, clean and bed very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and shower was clean and spacious. Breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was lovely and served with a smile. I managed to get a parking space but there was not many. Reception were very good at saying where else you could park."

"We stayed for a night and enjoyed the comfy bed, great location for central Newcastle, friendly staff and the handy parking space was a bonus. We enjoyed a drink in the bar and visited the nearby pink lane bakery for a pastry in the morning too."

"unlike many other hotels that arose from a series of converted houses this hotel has made a really good job of converting an entire strip of houses. We did not have breakfast as it was way too expensive so went out to Caffe Nero around the corner. We booked graduation night for next month at the same time. Parking was difficult, despite getting a ticket from the Hotel to put onto the dashboard of the car."

"Unfortunately there was a lot of dust in the property, the door to bathroom was so dusty you could write on it also the shelf next to the safe was also covered in dust. The handle to the living room/ kitchen was missing. There was no air conditioning but there were a couple of floor fans and portable radiators if required. Beds were clean and comfortable. As it was very hot the few days we were there we were surprised that the radiators in the hallways were on making it. Close to the train...
