"Hotel was clean with a fantastic location between the Radio City and Times Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fine but it was tiny. It did have a full kitchen and big fridge so it would be great for a solo business traveler. Was as quiet as you could expect for a block from Times Square. Would I stay there again? Maybe, but I'd still look around first. You can do much worse for the price."

"The entrance is almost hidden. It has no label of the hotel at all. Its next to the sky bar. The rooms are on top of businesses.Establishment did a horrible job of providing instructions outside of the use of the access code. Since there isn't a person staffed, you must have your phobe charged or you will be out of luck. "The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice."

"They lost my reservation information, so I had to both text and email my Expedia booking twice. There was a system error the day before I was supposed to be there . They did not send me the code or check in information until a half hour before I arrived; I had to call several times. When I did get in the room, no one had cleaned it.
