"You cant through to the front desk. Number gets cut off. I emailed and texted them that i will he there at 11am to 130pm only. Then i show up and there is no room available until 130pm. Then i tried to get a refund. They told me expedia has to initiate it. But expedia cannot get through to the phone. So im still waiting for my refund. "

"My stay was good until the am arrived and the housekeeping team continuously keep slamming doors while cleaning the rooms! As soon as I will call back to sleep, I would jump out of my sleep with fear due to the slamming of doors! I have trouble sleeping at night, mostly early morning hours I will finally be able to sleep. So of course, once I can get a good sound of sleep I’m glad. But there is a problem when people are slamming doors that can wake up the nation!"

"First time at this hotel for my wife’s birthday and it was amazing! We loved the breakfast and the ambiance. Staff was super amable. Plenty of things to do near by 15-30mins away. We had the river view with balcony room. Highly recommend."

"We stayed here for six nights and had a mixed experience. Pros: The hotel appears newer and well-kept. Free parking and complimentary breakfast were great perks. The location is very convenient—set in a plaza with plenty of walkable food and retail options. The room was also a decent size. Cons: Our arrival was disappointing—we found that someone had wiped their nose on the wall. It was addressed after we reported it, but should have been caught beforehand. "There was no good food within reach and no coffee was provided in the morning unless you went to their restaurant, which was not that good. The staff was fine, parking good, and room clean. I would not go back. It wasn't that comfortable a place to stay for my needs at the time."

"Overall ok, it is clean and the location is good, but the place is old, mattresses need an upgrade. One of the nights was a bit noisy and it is misleading to advertise it as breakfast included when the only “food” available was coffee."
