Parking at a discounted rate nearby. There was a chargeable buffet breakfast available, that looked good and there was plenty of hot & cold choices."

"very unorganized at check in. did not have available the room that was originally booked. gave us grief at check out for having a 3rd person, although room was booked as a quad family room from the start and notified them at check in, while we were standing at desk that we had 3 adults not 2. requested room to be cleaned on day 2 and no one came to clean. budget hotel, with unknowledgable staff, different rules daily with different staff. wouldn't stay again. "

"Everything was great, the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the TV had no channels and was in German when we first switched it on. We rang down to reception twice and had two visits from different staff members to try and fix the issue, the first doing nothing at all to help. In the end I just used google lens' translate setting to firstly find out how to change the language to English, then to tune the TV to get channels to appear. Apart from that ridiculous, and I imagine quite rare...

"Pros - close to many sights, restaurants, and things to do in Belfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cons - Waring St is extremely noisy. I stayed at this hotel Thursday to Monday, and each night, including Sunday night, I had to wear my noise-canceling AirPods to bed in order to sleep. You will hear yelling, carrying on, and also music if your room faces Waring Street (main entrance to hotel) like my room did. The interior of the hotel is quiet enough but the street noise was intolerable....
