There was a little miss-hap at check in and my room for the first night was not available and the hotel had to find me another room at a different hotel which was generous of them but I wish I was able to stay at this hotel for both night because this was incredible. "Not even sure where to begin - this experience was simply stellar from beginning to end… Check in was fast, friendly & easy… upon entering our room it felt like we were walking into a terrace of City Hall, with the dome seeming to be mere meters from our door! Our suite was impeccable - we truly felt like we were in another world! So comfortable, stylish & luxurious - we felt a bit of that “imposter syndrome”! Staff - including front desk, room service, breakfast waitstaff & bartenders were all wonderful, attentive & super-friendly… We wished we could stay longer than the three days we’d booked… Both Ten Square and Belfast exceeded our expectations!
