"The room smelled musty. The “Kitchen” room was never open. In multiple occasions, there were homeless people hanging directly outside of the hotel entrance door."

"Central location with kitchette and sofa. Glider stop close by and short walk from central station. Entrance down side street we missed it when we first walked down."

"Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently). Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily. Younger staff lacked a willingness to work."

"Lovely big room it had a balcony and a vieiw of the beautiful garden. The food in the restaurant was lovely. Stunning grounds. Staff were friendly. The pool area needs an upgrade. Which i see they are doing very soon. Breakfast wasn't the best. "
