"Centrally located and short walk to all the sights. Good restaurants, bars and shops all located within minutes. We had a standard apartment (308) with a comfortable king size bed, small seating area and good size kitchen. The bathroom was well designed and luxurious like the whole apartment. Check in process was easy to follow and well communicated. We left our bags on arriving at a sister venue which was a mere 5 minute walk to the apartment. Overall highly recommended. "

"We stayed here for 3 nights. It was an excellent choice, and exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, very clean and tasteful. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower. The kitchenette had everything you needed. The normal sized undercounter fridge was a bonus. The location couldn’t be better, close to the shops, attractions cafes, restaurants and metro. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Location can’t be better. Just in the heart of old town. You see the tower of Tyn church. Staff is nice. But I confess I found it a bit difficult to find the building. Perhaps some photos for guidance on arrival could help. But again, I love it and will certainly get back there. "

"I loved Hotel Jewel and the restaurant and the staff were fab. I only gave it a 4 as there is no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor and the luggage elevator only worked till 2nd floor - so it was quite the hike up and down. Ask for a room lower down if you don't like stairs. Still would recommend."
