I felt like I was living in a palace room - very gold and ornate room! But comfortable as well!

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness
Hot tub in room is nice however room was clearly not cleaned before having a new guest come in cobwebs everywhere, floor is dirty not swept or mopped, however no bed bugs were found which was a big worry we saw on a few reviews before booking; overall it is pretty nice considering its location and the price is not to bad. Staff were helpful as well no ill will towards them
The location couldn't be better for access to the old city and all the historic sites. Loved the quirkiness and old-world charm. Parking was a challenge, but to be expected with the narrow, cobblestone streets of the neighborhood. Lots of pedestrian friendly ways and alleys with unexpected restaurants and shops.
Best place! Awesome location. Old school interiour

Location is excellent to be in the middle of everything. That being said, the hotel is in an old building and busy street. It is definitely convenient but may not be the best to stay if you want quiet. Staff is nice
This hotel had a perfect location. It was very clean and the staff was nice. Could have improved by having coffee machine or tea kettles in the rooms, other than that was very lovely
Wonderful location. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Adequate AC. Only issue is the bath has an attached flexible shower head but no curtain and no toiletries.
Great property in an amazing location. Definitely recommended if you want to be close to the Charles Bridge and not far from Old Town square. There are so many things in walking distance from here and lots of surrounding restaurants that are pretty good
The property was outstanding. It had a great central location with easy access to all the attractions, great restaurant options, and plenty of quality Czech beer.
The shower in our room had a lot of black mold and so did the fridge. Hard to imagine using any of the spa amenities after seeing that.
The bed was not comfortable, very lumpy.
The gold decor was cute.
Location was fantastic.

Incredibly convenient to everything cool in Prague. Walking distance to everything but with that factor in you are in the middle of the tourist district where food is mediocre, souvenir shops abound and exchange places are much less competitive. Small hotel with old rooms and not much space. SPA is unavailable unless you buy hours for hot tub and sex bed. Breakfast is poor but available better breakfast around. Lots of bars restaurants and attractions just outside the door.
Clean but dated rooms. Hotel/lobby looks nothing like the online pictures but was in a great area for convenience to all the key sights. Hotel was kept clean and staff was very nice. A typical dated European hotel. Clean and safe
Staff very nice. Hotel is a bit tired and lacking in amenities but it’s location is fantastic very close to old town square and Charles bridge. Breakfast certainly leaves something to be desired so I’d recommend you don’t purchase the breakfast option but eat outside as there are good places nearby.
Staff very friendly and helpful. I’d say good value for the price overall. A good stay and we enjoyed it.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is extremely convenient for exploring Prague — you can walk to most major attractions at your own pace without needing any transportation. The hotel is just a short walk from Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby, and even two McDonald’s locations within a 10‑minute walk. Despite being close to everything, the hotel sits on a quiet street, so it feels peaceful. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast, as it seemed above our usual budget, so we can’t comment on its quality.
As a solo traveler, this hotel, right in the center of the old city, was a perfect place. Interesting building, quiet cozy room, great simple breakfast and beautiful decor….old style Prague. I was well cared for by the staff and happy to be in a low key hotel for 4 sleeps.
Very clean, temperature was comfortable. Excellent location. However, SPA Hotel is very misleading. The spa is not really part of the hotel, in fact the front desk didn't even know much about it. We never saw the spa.
