"We truly enjoyed our stay The room was very clean, however the mattress was not so comfortable and the pillows were very flimsy. The room we stayed in was right next to the doors for the stairs so we heard the doors slamming quite often, perhaps a soft close door could solve this problem. Other than this the hotel is very well kept and in a wonderful location mins from the City Centre, without all the noise. "The hotel was clean and it had secure parking around the back. Breakfast is incorrectly advertised as online it says breakfast cooked to order, but in reality it is packaged croissants, apples and cereal. Not the warmest of welcomes from the staff. All round ok stay"

"The property is in a run down part of Nottingham and quite difficult to find. There was a small sofa in the room with lots of stains, one of the lights in the bathroom didn't work and there is on opening window which made the room feel very clastrophobic. Its not terrible value for money but had it not been for the test match in Nottingham, I would have felt the price too high."

"The hotel is conveniently located, I stayed for 3 nights and had a double room that was very small. Coffee mugs weren’t cleaned which I found annoying, breakfast was very limited to cooked breakfast which was actually cold despite being under hot lamps…. The pool area was small, hot tub wasn’t working and having to a disgruntled member he stated it hadn’t been working for months. Also the sauna was out of order too and has been for some time. The steam room smelt mouldy, I literally sat down...
