I was blamed for a minor crack in the room’s lamp which we did not do, but we manage to talk with the stuff about it through whatsapp and solve it. Lovely stuff, just the room cleaner they need to be quite and be honest sometimes, even to smile when you greet them. But overall I give the residents a 5 star"
