A bit dated but clean and well maintained. Staff very responsive. Breakfast has a good range and is very good. The pool was being refurbished but they had back up options which I appreciated. Walkable to mall and JB Sentral.

We were welcomed with a piping hot cookie each from DoubleTree Hilton as soon as we checked in. Our kids signed up for a complimentary cookie making session and at the end of it get to bring home all the cookies they made. Staff is always courteous and polite, going out of their way to make guests feel welcomed. Top notch service by the hotel crew. Looking forward to return to DoubleTree!

I booked the corner suite and was very impressed with its overall size, cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. Judging solely by the room, it definitely met five star expectations. Parking was convenient, and I felt much safer knowing that security personnel verified visitor purposes before granting entry. The car park itself is spacious, brightly lit, and very clean. Check in was seamless, and we were welcomed with the signature DoubleTree warm cookie. During our stay, we opted for the breakfast buffet. The variety was extensive, and the food tasted just as good as it looked. Peak breakfast hours were quite busy, meaning certain popular items ran out quickly; restocking could have been a little faster. Nonetheless, it did not dampen my mood since there were plenty of other dishes to enjoy. The only downside was my request for two wine glasses in the evening. After waiting 30 minutes and calling twice, the glasses had still not arrived. Feeling frustrated, I went down to the reception counter personally, where the staff handed them to me after waiting for a while again. It was a minor blemish on an otherwise great stay.
