"We cannot express how pleased we were with our entire experience staying at The Hayden! We arrived around 8 am and were able to store our luggage until check in - when we came back, our bags had already been brought up to the room and we were offered complimentary welcome beverages! For example, they reduced the sport classes, they didn't have emergency toothpaste asking me to go and buy and quality of cleaning and up keeping is not the same, so would love for them to work on these small details"

"スーパーやコインランドリーも近くにあるので便利だった。ホテルはこじんまりとして建物の古さは感じた。部屋は1階エグゼクティブ（バリアフリータイプ）で広い部屋で清潔感もあり、エアコンもありシャワー、トイレも十分な水量があった。但しバリアフリータイプの部屋なのでシャワー室の床が平面で段差が無いためシャワーを使用するとトイレ部分も含めて床が水浸しとなるのは気になった。一階にコーヒーマシンが設置されており無料で美味しい各種コーヒー、紅茶が自由に飲めるのは良かった。フロントスタッフも親切で感じが良かった。但し、タオル交換をしてもらうため使用済みバスタオルを床に置いて出掛けたが帰ってきてみたらバスタオルがまたそのまま掛けてありタオル交換がされていないのではないかと疑問を感じた。したがってルーム清掃については不満は残ったがそれ以外は概ね満足のいくホテルだった。"

"The building is lovely and the garden is such a bonus. We were there for 4 nights . We met a lot of the staff and they were all friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect. Very quiet, safe and peaceful to sleep and walk in. Kensington Palace and gardens a quick 15 minute walk and Hyde Park 5 mins. Bayswater Station is a 4 to 5 min walk, TONS of fun places to eat and or drink within the same five min walk...Tesco Express and other independent shops to pop in to for snacks or fruit, etc....

"Extreme climb in very hot weather to get into the apartment in 90 degree heat. This apartment would be very challenging for some older renters, but all else was fine. Great deck (cool in the intense heat - nice!) and all else very professional. Excellent location."

Had a few little issues like noise nuissance, door card not working constantly & water top ups had to be requested, which were all eventually sorted to be fair. Excellent to visit London, not too busy. Everything within walking disctance."
