"The unit itself was pleasant and clean. The pool was very small and could not accommodate the occupancy size of the hotel. Check- in left alot to be desired. Nor was check in welcoming. "

"Staff were great. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Pool was good. Plenty of towels available. Parking fees were higher than expected. Property was right on the beach with a beautiful view. Property could benefit from a little facelift here and there such as the elevator. We enjoyed our stay"

"Proximity to the beach, and both the downstairs and upstairs restaurant bars/restaurants make it a nice weekend. My only complaint was a lie at the front desk at check-in. Was given a double bed with my gf instead of king. Went back down to the desk and one woman said because I booked through Expedia, they were all out of kings. I had even called 10 days early to request a water facing room. When I “insisted” another woman stepped in and gave us the king room 2 doors down from the previous...

"This was a great spot for a family vacation with young kids. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars are nit picky - floor in room was def dirty, pool music was bad/really loud, never really stocked the pool with towels. But the staff was super friendly, we’d stay again!"

Constantly having to uncover my car to leave because they painters covering the cars with tarps and painting the halls and room doors and having to pull paint covered tape off of the door handle to scan my key "

"Everything was as advertised. Clean, directly on the beach for the Gulf side units. Beach was pristine. Walk along the beach to Caddy's for lunch. Water was crystal clear. Would stay again."

"DO NOT BOOK !!!! This hotel looks nothing like the pictures! And it smells like mold! Very old everything! No resturant. No tiki bar. No hot water Terrble AC Please Don’t believe there is a gulf view either because there is NOT I will be requesting money back from Expedia for false advertisement! We checked out 3 nights early and only because we couldn’t find anything at midnight on night one"

"The room was clean but we woke up to a cockroach by the bed. The sheets were stained. Overall so unimpressed with this place for the amount of money I paid. I also asked for a refund after seeing the condition of the place but was not able to get one. The pictures do not look like the actual building or rooms. So unfortunate. "
