"We only stayed here 1 night passing through, but I can say the room was clean, nothing fancy, good size mini fridge, some dishes and glasses available, and quiet at night. I liked that the bedroom was separate from the rest of the hotel room, so I didn't wake my wife, as I tend to get up early. We walked down to the beach which was no more than 2 minutes from the room door. The hotel is a modest 2 story building, with no elevator, about 10 rooms, with one flight of stairs at each end of the second floor, that, some may want to take in to consideration, and perhaps reserve a 1st floor room. The Hotel manager was Great! His name was Rob, if you need something see him... There is good clear communication between you and the hotel, and I had no issues in contacting them directly. For the money, you wont find a better spot right on the beach. Wished I could have stayed longer, but would certainly choose again."

"Recommend this hotel for your next trip to St Pete. The hotel was kept very clean, breakfast was quite diverse specially for a holiday inn express, and staff were friendly and helpful! Shoutout to Jimmy for going above and beyond with his great service and super helpful shuttle service to beaches and locations within 5miles. Location was excellent within walking distance to Walmart and TX Roadhouse, and beaches within a 10min drive. Will be staying here next time !"

"While the facility itself is good, it is very highly priced and also comes with an added amenity fees. But the real problem for me was the way it was listed on Expedia. While I searched for Clearwater, this facility even though it is 45 minutes away (Treasure Island) is listed as Clearwater. For a tourist you don't know until you land. In this case I expect Expedia to take responsibility . While I am a long time user of Expedia this raises a serious question if I have still show loyalty in future."
