"This hotel is fabulous!! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spacious and modern rooms and a beautiful pool, sauna and gym. It was only a few minutes walk to the tube station and about 15 minutes walk to Battersea Power Plant. The highlight was the 180 degree views of the Thames from our room and how comfortable the bed was. Highly recommend!!"

"The property is in a good location for walking. Lots of local food choices nearby. Rooms are very small but functional. Booked a king room. Definitely not a king bed by North American standards. Service was excellent on check in but deteriorated after that. There are better Hyatt properties out there. The shower gel was never replaced the whole time (5 days) which shows some lack of attention to detail. Doubt I will book again. Can't comment on the food. There are too many great off...

"This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family. Would stay here again without hesitation. Great location"

"The room is nice and clean but the bed is hard as a rock! Literally laying on the wood floor would be the same as the bed. I had to sleep on the pull out couch with my son to get some sleep. My husband’s back was in horrible pain. "

"I had a double deluxe room. It was perfect size for me and very clean. We stayed for a week. Coffee, tea and water in the room were complimentary. Staff was very helpful. Our breakfast was included and convenient in the Pub downstairs. Great location!"

"For the location, price and room size, the hotel was excellent. I was worried about the reviews I had read about it not being a 4 star but I was pleasantly surprised. I would definately stay again.
