Must change the room, no fresh towels and bedding, no TV. Every time have to remain reception to change the towels and bedding, clean the floor. During 12 nights my bedding changed TWICE.

Had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. It is small but very clean and budget friendly. The room was very new, the bed sheets were clean and ironed. The guy at the receprion (I believe his name was Mehmett) was very friendly and helpful. Good work guys.

Although we had booked the room months in advance and informed the property about our late arrival around midnight, there was no one available for check-in when we arrived. After waiting and asking unhelpful neighbors, we were directed to another nearby building managed by the same property. When a staff member finally arrived, we were shown a room on the third floor with no elevator, accessible only by very narrow and unsafe staircases. Our request for a first-floor room was refused. We were then offered a room in the other building with an elevator, but at almost double the price, which was very disappointing given the inconvenience.

Very very unclean. The room was very dirty. There was hair on the bed. There was stains on the towels. There was dirt on the walls. The ac was dirty and did not work. Only thought to book this as it was affordable and local to where i needed to stay. However, after that i would have been happy to pay more. The staff were lazy and unhelpful. Wouldnt reccomend at all. I ended sleeping in my day clothes and putting a tshirt over the pillow. Made me very sick. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK

There’s a separate building (not listed) where you’re expected to check in. Had I not randomly met someone staying at a different hotel they they manage, I would not have found it. The hotel elevator only goes up to the second floor then you have to walk upstairs to the third. Check in and check out is easy once you know the building. They provide laundry services and require cash (lira, euros or usd). The hotel is down the hill pictured. It’s a long walk to the top of the hill. The whole area is very hilly. Breakfast is good and is held downstairs in the main reception building. The stairs are narrow. Overall enjoyed my stay

Odanın kiliti yok! Evet kiliti yok! Sorduğumda ise kilit vermediler. Dışarıdan açılmıyor dendi fakat dışarıdan açılıyordu. Sonra da kimse gelmez dendi fakat ertesi sabah dokuzta kapımızı biri açmayı denedi. Tabi ki otel yönetimine güvenmedim mecburiyetten resimdeki teknik ile kapıyı açılmaz hale getirdim. Odaya girdiğimizde yerde hafif çamurlar vardı. Duşun kapısı yoktu ve duş alırken su dışarı akıyor hatta çok akarsa odaya sızıyordu. Bu şartlarda bu oteli tavsiye etmem. Kötü bir deneyimdi.

I am disappointed. First, I didn’t get the room I reserved. Second, the bathroom is in very bad shape and not clean at all. The bed sheets were not the right fit for the mattress so they came off during the night. The cleaning lady knocked and then proceeded to come into my room while I was half undressed. She didn’t wait long enough for me to answer the door. Perhaps the hotel could implement some simple fix like hanging a “do not disturb” sign on the door which would solve this problem. If you can get past the disgusting bathroom, the hotel is, however, in a good location. It’s within walking distance from the Blue mosque, Aya Sofia, Sultan Ahmed Square, and lots of tiny little restaurants and grocery stores for conveniences. There is also some uphill walking so if you have bad knees then this might not be best option.
