"I’ve stayed in hotels in Venice and all over Venice, so I am used to small/cramped rooms and bathrooms. This was a welcome surprise for our family of 6-spacious, comfortable and the location can’t be beat. It was very affordable (comparing to 2 hotel rooms nearby). The communication was great, I wish I would have asked about the water pressure and tub stopper not working earlier (turn off the AC units to make the water pressure better and use the level for the tub stopper-don’t just push it...

"This property is in a great location, really quiet yet just walking distance from the lively ports of Venice. Plenty of dining options around. The only issue is that there is no elevators and we stayed on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) so if you are going to stay here pack lightly!"
