"The staff were excellent and arranged for our transfer to the cruise terminal. The front desk doubles as concierge services and gave us excellent tips and recommendations. The rooms are very clean and the shower was very nice with one flaw. The floor was slippery so ask for a mat and they are available. Overall a 9/10 and 10/10 for staff and 10/10 for breakfast."

"The hotel is very clean and the property is well maintained. It is located steps away from the Tronchetto water bus station and is ideal for those travelers looking to be close to the airport yet still minutes away from the Grand Canal. The hotel had many cruise passengers who were sailing from Ravenna. The bus from Venice to Ravenna is minutes away from the hotel. The rooms are small but overall i feel that is expected in Europe."

There is a restaurant onsite, however, i did not use it. There is a very beautiful view from the rooftop bar. Beautiful photos at night with the sunset and beach view. "Very small rooms. The staff is not helpful at all. They are always very serious, unwilling to say hello, or give a smile. I don't know if they feel that because they are always wearing suits they need to be arrogant and disregard customer's presence or requests. Very unpleasant.
