"The staff is great The rooms are clean, and functional, the plumbing sometimes leaves a lot to be desired, the shower overflow is annoying, and I wish they’d have washcloths and hand towels. It’s a great intimate setting to meet people who are also vacationing. The pool area is great."

The pool bartenders made really fun drinks too! There is always someone walking around to clean up and keep an eye on the rooms so we all felt incredibly safe"

"This is our 2nd time here and we went back mainly for the gourmet food. We enjoyed Hiroshi Fire table the most followed by Blanca Blue, Food Truck, Bocados & Snack Bar. The breakfast buffet spread was really good with lots of selections as well. Food at DAO was just ok but we enjoyed the show when they were serving desserts (for a birthday). Service by the F&B crew was consistently great at all places. The only con I have is the “presentation” disguised as VIP upgrade or free...

We booked 3 nights here, 1st we arrived the door to our room was wide open, the room was not clean there was paint on the sheets, a pubic hair in the drawer, & the bathroom smelled of sewage as soon as you turned the fan on, in the morning we told reception about the issue and we recorded the whole conversation to which she called the owner & come to find out that room was not supposed to be booked at all for that issue & they had overbooked their hotel & put us in a room that...
