"I am absolutely stunned this has negative reviews, I can only assume the hotel has once again come under new management. Luke was absolutely amazing and extremely available throughout the entirety of our stay, always met us at the door to wish us a good day and even let us drop off our bags early when we arrived to early to check in. The room was spotless and had clearly been cleaned prior to check in. Facilities were everything you need, and the beds were comfy. TV was a bit spotty, but what...
