In walking distance to tram stops, AirPort Express bus stops, corner shops, the convention centre and city centre. Ideal locale for me to stay over during Dublin visits. In particular, I adore the breakfast buffet setup and selection.

The staff was really accommodating and friendly. I got a room 707 on the day of the check-in that was really meant for somebody who was handicapped so the shower wasn’t the walk-in shower as advertised so the shower was like an accident waiting to happen getting out of it. The location isn’t the best either and although there’s plenty of public transportation that you can utilize to get to the city center. Most people who stay there I believe are attending the arena that’s around the corner for events. The neighborhood is somewhat sketchy so you have to be mindful of your surroundings. There’s really not a lot of choices when it comes to the breakfast which isn’t included so unless you don’t mind the traditional Irish breakfast, I would say skip it.

Hotel was clean and tidy. It's a premier inn so you know what you are getting. Breakfast was good as usual. For Dublin it was reasonably priced as I booked it 6 months in advance. There’s nothing in the direct area around the hotel to do or see and is, during a weekend very quiet but not a long walk from the Luas ( metro) from where you can get to anywhere in Dublin. For me it was just somewhere that I knew world be a decent hotel for a weekend watching rugby in Dublin
