"The staff was great, the cleanliness of the facility and room was superb, everything worked in the room and the bathroom was actually clean! I’ve been to hotels where the room was super clean and the bathroom was a disaster area."

"Love the trolley to Universal! Huge perk! Beautiful property with fun vibe with clean rooms! The traffic noise is loud & the AC unit in our room sound as loud as a rocketship (it did help lessen the traffic noise). The Front Yard is sub-par - not kid friendly and the breakfast bar is overpriced for lame options."

"Staff was helpful. Room is good, comfy bed, but towels seemed a bit grungy. Area was quiet at night, so slept well. You have to ask for things constantly, no remote in room, then needed clean towels, then housekeeping skipped me, then no hot water 1 morning, no refresh on coffee pods & creamer, etc…"

"Room was great and well sized for the price. The hot breakfast was ok, no major complaints but not great. The biggest surprise and annoyance is that this hotel has minimal parking so double-parking is mandatory (and the lobby desk holds keys and moves cars to unblock people...). It's not something they can fix, but important to note if you want to make an early escape to Universal Studios or the like."

"We stained in a suite and one day the room was not cleaned, and the second day we had to go to the front desk around 3pm to request a cleaning, because no one came to clean again. They advertise breakfast included, but you can only get coffee, yogurt/mini muffins. All the rest, you need to pay."

"Clean and nice"

"I really hate to say this but the room was in need of a lot of work... the walls were dirty, wallpaper peeling. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The hot tub was broken, the water feature in the courtyard is drained. The lock on the room door was broken. The 101 highway was very loud, so try to stay to the front. The bed was not comfortable. The "free breakfast" was coffee, juice, and Kirkland granola bars / rice crispy treats. I really wanted to like it but ended up leaving after one...

"Management is completely absent. The room was filthy. The fridge was broken. The pool was closed. There were 2 twin sized pillows for a king sized bed. Paint is peeling off the walls. 1 towel. Loud long term occupants (their bread and butter). Completely false advertisement and they urge weekly and monthly occupants to comply and give positive reviews. This place is trash. HARD avoid. I'm filing complaints with Expedia and all state and local law enforcement."

"ok....so this little Inn is perfect. The location is amazing. The price is incredible. The Inn is safe and quiet. No, it's not glamorous and it's not the Ritz-Carlton and the rooms aren't large, but for the price I was astounded. The rooms are immaculate and there is cleaning service and parking. Perfecto."

"Clean room and friendly staff"

"Driveway is narrow, only room for one direction either way at any time. The first room we were given smelled like smoke, but management gave us another room no questions asked. Lankershim Blvd tends to be noisy but that's not the buildings fault. Parking is adequate for a building of it's size. Otherwise you're parking on the street. A good place to get some sleep overall. Bed was noisy, so don't plan on getting wild. The whole building will know."

"We liked the location. The area seemed nice and parking seemed secure. The staff was nice. The room was adequate. The breakfast would be good if you like pastries, but if you want a more traditional hotel breakfast look elsewhere."

"I really enjoyed staying here. It's definitely out of the way of all the commotion you get in other areas. The rooms were very clean, super quiet. Parking was pretty secure so I didn't have to worry about anything. I Would definitely come here again."

"The property was remodeling the restaurant so there was quite a bit of construction which, I'm sure took away from the charm, but the room and the staff were great. The water pressure in the shower left a little to be desired but all in all we enjoyed our stay."
