"I requested a steamer twice and never received it. Breakfast buffet was $30 without tip or alacart. WiFi was $14.99 a day.. I had to request fresh towels and robes multiple times a day. Very disappointing for $700+ for two nights stay..... the only positive were the friendly front desk staff who gave me free complimentary water (since the water in the room was not free) and when I had an issue with parking the front desk clerk validated it for me."

"Everything was very good except for the cleanliness. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, but the bedsheets or mattress had a very strong unpleasant odor whenever I lay down. It smelled very unhygienic and made me feel very uncomfortable. Even though they moved me to another room, I still had the same concern, and it left me feeling really uneasy."

"Rooms are great, the area is very accessible and the staff was very helpful. However, The parking is not free which made things less convenient. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay."

"Room was clean and a good size for our family of four for a few days. Restaurant onsite was good which is nice since there isn't really anything else nearby if you don't have a car. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. The pool was a good size but had some really rough spots that scratched my kids up like crazy, some to the point of a good amount of blood."

"I enjoyed my stay in spite of a few challenges. I believe the hotel needs to change it’s policy for the shuttle to expand to accommodate both airports for hotel guests."

"We stayed here for three days and no one cleaned our room. Two days later, We were told we had to ask for it to be cleaned and when we did, no one cleaned it. We ran short on towels and tissue which had to be sent by the receptionist at the front desk."

"The room we stayed in wasn’t properly cleaned. There were crumbs on the sofa bed, trash in the bin in the restroom and an empty bottle of soap that wasn’t refilled. It did take them a while to replace the empty bottle (hours). Apart from that, the stay was pleasant."
