"The rooms were clean the hotel was super busy packed with kids. What I didn't like was the fact that they charge for breakfast and every single other thing including $22 a night for parking. What a ripoff, shame on Hilton for kicking advantage of their guests that way."

"The reason I give a rating of 3 stars is they charge you for internet unless you are a member. Otherwise the place is ok "

"Manager didn’t keep his word in refunding money to me for items taken from my room by cleaning staff. Front desk Staff was not helpful or knowledgeable and a housekeeping work went through my suitcase and removed items that didn’t belong to them. I felt my privacy was totally violated. I advise future guest to lock your suitcase when you leave your room. "

"It’s a great place to stay in Rosemont. The manager, Zero, is wonderful! He made our stay comfortable and quiet enough for me to study. I’m grateful for him accommodating me and my son."

"The receptionists are very nice and accomodating. Airport/hotel shuttles are very reliable and on time. Close to the airport if you need an overnight stay. Will be coming back."

"There was no refrigerator in the room. The room looks need to be updated. Food is average. Location is great. "

"Stayed for just one night on the club level, taking the hotel shuttle from the airport. The front desk staff were great. Club room staff were fine - could have been more welcoming, but maybe they are supposed to be low key? Room was lovely. "
