"The pull-out couch mattress was in completely unacceptable condition—springs sticking through like it had been pulled straight from the curb. To make matters worse, there was no bedding in the room for the pull-out couch at all. When I called the front desk, I was told I could come get it myself. After going down, I found out they were out of blankets and was handed an extra sheet, as if that was a reasonable solution. I ended up using towels for padding and to stay warm, essentially building my own bed just to get through the night. For a hotel stay, this is beyond unreasonable—it’s honestly embarrassing. I will not be staying here again."

The front desk was carrying enough to offer us disposable toothbrushes toothpaste, even shampoo and hair gel. They offered deodorant, but we had some this is a first class management organization."
